WINEMAKING: Fermentation in a combination of stainless steel and new, small French oak, followed by further maturation in new & older French and Hungarian barriques.
COLOUR: Pale youthful straw colour
AROMA: Complex aromas of fresh cut pear, stone fruit, nuts and marzipan with subtle grassiness.
PALATE: Vibrant & fresh lemon & lime citrus flavours with lovely spiciness. The cool climate acid backbone holds the textural & fleshy ripe fruit. The varietal, persistent flavours finish crisp & dry.
WINE ANALYSIS: Alc/vol: 13.5%
ADDITIVES: Made using traditional methods. Some traces of egg product may remain. Preservative 220 added
