WINEMAKING: Fermentation in a combination of stainless steel and new, small French oak, followed by further maturation in new & older French and Hungarian barriques.
COLOUR: Straw with a youthful green hue.
AROMA: Elegant and complex aromas of grapefruit, lemon sorbet with subtle toast and cashew..
PALATE: Vibrant cool climate citrus and stonefruit flavours with well balanced, integrated oak maturation. It has a lovely silky texture with complex fleshy fruit and natural acidity.
WINE ANALYSIS: Alc/vol: 13.0%
ADDITIVES: Made using traditional methods. Some traces of egg product may remain. Preservative 220 added
