WINEMAKING: The fruit was fermented separately in stainless steel fermenters prior to blending an undergoing secondary bottle fermentation.
COLOUR: Bright crimson with a delightful pink mousse.
AROMA: Vibrant aromas of cherry and raspberry.
PALATE: An explosion of appealing raspberry and cherry flavours with added spice and a soft crisp finish.
WINE ANALYSIS: Alc/vol: 12.5%
ADDITIVES: Made using traditional methods. Some traces of egg products may remain. Preservative 220 added.
