WINEMAKING: The fruit was fermented separately in stainless steel fermenters, with twice daily pump overs to extract colour and flavour. The parcels were then matured in French Oak prior to blending.
COLOUR: Deep purple / red
AROMA: Vibrant aromas of blackberry and black pepper
PALATE: Generous sweet, spicy raspberry and plum flavours with soft tannins and a long finish
WINE ANALYSIS: Alc/vol: 14.5%
ADDITIVES: Made using traditional methods. Some traces of egg products may remain. Preservative 220 added.
