WINEMAKING:
The grapes were co-fermented, with the must pumped over the skins cap twice daily to increase colour & flavour. A portion was matured in French oak for nine months prior to bottling.

Combination of floral rose and blackberry and black pepper aromas
PALATE:
Generous layers of vibrant spicy cherry and blackberry flavours with soft silky tannins lingering delightfully on the finish

Made using traditional methods. Some traces of egg product may remain. Preservative 220 added
