GRAPE VARIETY: Tempranillo
REGION: Central Ranges and Orange NSW
WINEMAKING: Fermentation in a combination of stainless steel and new, small French oak, followed by further maturation in new & older French and Hungarian barriques.
COLOUR: Dark ruby with a youthful purple hue
AROMA: Complex aromas of fragrant dark berries within a context of tar, herbs and spice.
PALATE: Youthful and fresh dark cherry, plum and savoury flavours. It is a firm wine with attractive texture and integrated chewy tannins that will soften with time in the bottle.
WINE ANALYSIS: Alc/vol: 13.5%
ADDITIVES: Made using traditional methods. Some traces of egg product may remain. Preservative 220 added
